Light Umpqua Spey

Does anybody have an accurate 'recipe' or tying pattern for Dave McNeese's 'Light Umpqua Spey'?

All I've been able to find is a small photo (w/ no tying instructions) of it in the Winter 2003 edition of 'NW Flyfishing' magazine.

ANY help or direction would be truly appreciated!

The recipe is in John Shewey's book "Spey Flies and Dee Flies".

I'm not sure if I would be violating any copyright laws if I copied it and posted it.

Getting the original Rx 'from the horse's mouth' and a photo of the Light Umpqua Spey (as dressed by you) would be a great help.

Hi stranger....

The Lt. Up. Spey is a simple dressing as follows. Tag sil; flat fine.
Rear third . Blue floss over the fine silver tinsel , which comes to center of hk.
Blk. seal picked out at throat.
Rib. Silver Oval Med.
Hackle. Grey Heron
Throat. Purple Silver Ph. fibers to past bend.
One turn of Sil. Doc. Blue Teal or tied under as a few fibers.
Wing. White... Goose or 4 hackle tips.
Cheeks Blue ferther like kingfisher, but dyed hen neck is great.
Its an easy fly to tie, I like the hackle tips best, tied forward, then pulled back and tied down with 4 turns red thread.
