Floating Woolly Bugger?

I was just surfing around on Ebay, and I saw an offering of "floating woolly buggers." It's basically a variation of a cactus bugger (cactus chenille body), but it has a foam strip for a head and wing, plus rubber legs. Has anyone ever used this fly before? If so, to what success and circumstance? The tyer claimed it imitates an emerging hexagenia. Really?

I've used my variations of Gartside Gurgler with some success... same thing? I was using as wounded baitfish pattern.. ?

Negatory, Nailknot. Imagine a woolly bugger that doesn't have hackle, uses cactus chenille instead of regular chenille, has rubber legs, and has a foam wing tied down at a single point behind the hook eye. This wing also forms a raised head forward like the gurgler's or a elk hair caddis'.

I should have saved the url, as the bugger seems now gone from Ebay. Oh well. I guess I'll just have to tie one to show...
