I live in Canada but will be in Seattle for some time next month. I'm wondering if anyone can suggest the best retail outlet or otherwise for atlantic salmon fly materials, in particular turkey or peacock tails for married wings 3/0 or larger?

For Atlantics in Washington I've always liked Anglers Workshop. But it's a bit of a drive south. But they have a BIG variety of stuff (down to Argus feathers and the likes).

I don't mind Kaufmann's. But Anglers truly caters to this style of tying. I'd say they are the Hunter's of the West coast. LOL.
