Chironimid Recipies

HI all. I am looking for some chironomid recipes. I am very new to tying and need a realativley simple recipe. The only catch is you have to post a pic of the finished product as I am a very visual learner. Beadheads and non-bead heads will be accepted. Thanks in advance.
