Custom Rod Decal

I have had a 9' 6wt rod custom built. The builder put the word "custom" right down the top of the rod. I am not happy with that but he is an older gentleman and I don't want to hurt his feelings. The area for the labeling is 1 in long. I was hopeing to find a trout decal that would cover the lettering up. If anyone has one or another idea I woul appreciate it.

I think cabelas sells all kinds of decals for rods and it would be easy to cover it up.
