Hit it this AM from 6:30-8. Landed one lost one on a chartrues clouser. That was my first salty--pretty exciting stuff. Wind was blowing pretty good, but it was a rear quartering breeze from the south east and actually helped the casting a little.
Thanks for all your posts. They gave me some needed info (and confidence) to find my first. I took 4 trips but without this post it might have taken 40.
