Browns are getting aggressive before the spawn!! My buddy and I hiked into a new section of river and found a run loaded with big fish. They wanted midges deep and slow in the morning but started chasing streamers in the afternoon. I caught my first 20/20 fish, a big hook jawed brown on a #20 thread-body midge. A great day.
