Lakes without a boat?

Hi...anyone have any suggestions for Lakes near-ish to Seattle (say within an hour of the Eastside) that do NOT require a boat/pontoon/float tube to flyfish? Trying to decide on a method of floatation but until then I'd like to make the most of the cooler weather!

Rattlesnake Lake out by North Bend. I haven't been there in a few months but usually by this time of year you can walk and cast around virtually the whole lake.
