Leave the lid off my hackle bin for half a day and my wife's dog has a field day. All my capes and saddles are shredded (I can't even find my partridge skin???) most are salvageable but my dun and ginger are toast...I havent bought capes/saddles in a long...long...long time (10 - 15 years)...I had cheap capes now I need good ones...there is whiting, miner, metz, and maybe some others.
Which brand do you prefer/recommend?
Is there a singe dun saddle out there that will tie #16 to #20 BWO's or do I still need a cape (and only use the top 2 inches).
