Help for Spey Rod Fisherman

My Cousin is over from eastern washington taking care of his mother who just had surgery. I would like to take him fishing somewhere that he can use his speyrod to flyfish. I have a driftboat and he is a fairly good flyfisherman. He does most of his fishing on the Snake and Clearwater rivers for Steelhead. I live in the southsound area.

I guessing that chum and possibly some early steelhead or coho are my options.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
