so who's got the best way to rig up a heater sytem in a driftboat. im thinking of using a single 5 gallon cylinder with a twin valve mount on the cylinder - with a single line running to the front seating area and another running to the rowers area.
also - anyone floating the snoqualime today.

Mr. Heaters from Home Depot. They are cheap and you can hang em anywhere to keep em out of the way. I have 3 in my boat.

Anybody who would go out and float any river today would have to be nuts. Most rivers are about to flood stage. That means anything that is loose on the river banks will be coming down the river. Logs, brush, dead fish, houses, etc.

I thought about 2 heaters, but I only put in one. It's a Mr. Heater with 8000 to 14000 btu's and I can feel the heat while I'm rowing in my seat. I have a 11 pound tank for it that I can move it out of the way. I used the metal Holder that Mr. Heater makes and made it so I can slide it in and out. You can click on the picture and see the heater and the rig. I ran a hose from the tank which is right next to my seat out of the way.

Crap the pictures too big!

yo old man. some of the best fishing to be had is on a flood. alot of the steelhead are stacked alond the banks and for these rivers to get this much water is a god send. let'em run
