Harvey Pusher Flies Recipe?

I'm trying to find a recipe for some older flies that George Harvey tied for night fishing called Pusher Flies. Does anybody out there have a recipe for one or a similar night fly for trout? I have an illustration of one in an older book but it doesn't help much and there's no materials list. I apologize if this is a redundant post, I couldn't search the forum (Mac+Safari).

The Search feature worked after I entered a thread and tried searching but not from the main Fly Tying Forum page. No biggie but thanks lx-88, have a great time at Mac World!
