Stacked Blonde

Might as well start here.
Looking for instructions on tying the Stacked Blonde.
Mentioned in Modern Streamers for Trophy Trout as a must have, but the tying instruction leave a lot ot be desired.
Trying to understand how Galloup's method of tying in the marabou and the relationship with the bends in the keel hook result in the broad profile. The keel hook is, so far, impossible to find and I'd like to try to achieve the same effect using a traditional hook.

This is going to be my year of the streamer. Got the Zoo Cougar down, next the Stacked Blonde and then the Butt Monkey. Even the names of the flys gets me juiced:p .
