If any of you know someone who would like to learn how to fly fish, we will have the first of our spring fly fishing schools on April 2.
It is an all-day affair at a beautiful location on the Middle Fork Snoqualmie. We will provide all equipment and a streamside lunch. There is also a stocked pond to put newly-learned fly fishing skills to the test.
Give us a call at (425) 452-9138 for more info.

The next class is May 14. Here is my synopsis:
Orvis fly fishing schools are the easiest and most enjoyable way to learn how to fly fish. This comprehensive one-day class includes casting lessons and practice with expert instructors at your side; hands-on instruction for mastering the essential knots; a presentation on equipment, accessories and their function; and a straightforward introduction to entomology and fly selection. We will teach you the Orvis casting method, which is adaptable to all casting conditions worldwide. Each school covers tactics for fishing, how to interact with moving water, and presentation techniques. You will also learn catch and release techniques, streamside safety, etiquette, and information about local waters.
Thanks,
Leland.
