Hello all,
My father in law has a leaky Angler's Inn Expedition 8' Premier pontoon.

I have done a google but can not seem to find the company?

Two questions: 1. Does anyone know if this co. is still in biz or if I might be able to contact them?
2. If they are not, does anyone know who might be able to repair a bladder leak on this type of craft?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Griswald

There used to be a fly shop in Salt Lake City Utah called Angler's Inn. They were about the only fly shop around in Utah for 30 years or so. Unfortunately, they closed their doors about 3-4 years ago. Not sure if that is the same manufacturer as your 'toon, but would say it's highly likely.

Steve is right; Angler's Inn in Salt Lake is where the boat comes from. There were once 3 or 4 stores but they are no longer in business. If my memory serves me right, the boats were originally marketed under the store name. At some point, the store(s) were bought by an employee, Dave Scadden, who then marketed the boats under his own name. The entire business closed a few years ago but Scadden is now making boats under the name North Fork Outfitters. I'd contact Scadden as he could tell you who actaully made the boat and/or suggest how to fix it. If you're lucky, it was made by Aire. They are a great company and still honor the warranty on boats they made for Scadden.

Here's the contact info for Scadden:

North Fork Outdoors
950 West Kershaw, Unit A
Ogden, UT 84401
Office: (801)392-5404

Good luck!

If you can't find out, let me know and I will fix it. I can fix any inflatable, hypalon, PVC ect. Get me a 6-er and we'll call it even.
