Does anyone have a Trico Nymph pattern that they could recommend? From the poking around that I've done, it would appear that Trico's go directly to the spinner stage (those are the only patterns that I can find).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

According to Hafele and Hughes (Western Mayfly Hatches) the nymph is the least important stage of the Trico life cycle to anglers. The only example of a Trico nymph they show is rather nondescript, it's tied on a standard nymph hook (18 to 24) with three short pheasant tail fibers for tails and a tapered, tan to dark brown dubbed body picked out a little at the thorax.
I think that a small pheasant tail (with a fatish thorax) would cover it nicely.
