Stalcup's crazy dad

I'd like to tie up something like the Stalcup's crazy dad on a heavier hook. What's the recipe? My guess is #8 long hook, 5-6 strands of barred pumpkin silicone legs at the bend, a body of rusty bunny strip wrapped on the shank, a little orange bucktail on top with a little tag over the hook eye like a swimmer tail, and small barbel eyes at the eye to keep the hook riding up.

Any idea's where I could find barred pumpkin rubber legs like Cabela's uses on their version?

I have one right in front of me right now. The only difference that I see is that the body is actually a dubbing loop of burnt orange/brown Angora Goat and some type of Angel Hair or Lite-Brite in Copper.
