Kevlar is super strong, but will it ruin a ceramic bobbin like I've heard?
Used it for the last Dolly swap but it was a little too thick, probably about 3/0.

I've never had a problem and I've run a bunch of spools through them. Zap a gap dripping off the hook is another problem though. I do like to use my older bobbins that are no longer very kind to 8/0 thread for my kevlar use.

? I don't follow, have you found the Zap to not adhere/soak into kevlar so well? I've been using hard as hull.
