Yikes! It looks like your question is serious. Despite the common terms, it really is OK to fish with any fly you like while casting a Spey rod. Spey rod is just shorthand for a two handed fly rod. Therefore it's OK to fish with them on rivers other than the Spey. Same with Spey flies, a style of fly tying first developed for flies that were fished there.
OK, having gotten that initial misstep out of the way, a good starter rod depends on what you would like to do. What fish species do you want to fish for? What river(s) do you want to fish? When you figure that out, check the many threads in this forum and note that several shops that specialize in Spey gear post regularly. Contact them, and they will give you more than a few ideas.
Have fun. Your journey's begun.
Sincerely,
Salmo g.

SG's got the rod information well covered so I won't belabor the point. But as to fly's, you can use any fly that you'd use on a single hand rod. Just probably larger (hook size/weight) than you'd use on a 'same weight' single hander ... safely.
One other thing that 'works a treat' with a 2-hander is using heavy sink tips/T-14 head and a longer leader (3-4 foot) and a full floating fly. Tips on the bottom and the fly is free floating (up) at eye level to the fish.:thumb:
