If someone that has the 14' 3" 9wt and would be willing to give me the guide spacing, it would be greatly apreciated.

Have you tried e-mailing or calling them? As the blanks are sold by themselves (I think) they must be used to answering this question although if you want to know today this may not work.
You also may get faster response if you posted you question on spey pages.

I try to get registered to the spey pages, but for some reason it does not like how I interpet the funny letters. Any suggestions?

Hmmm. I can't help you crack the secret code but somehow you must be able to get an e-mail or call into them about it.
I did find the Burk website doing a google search (which took me to a Speypages article). The website is sparse but looks like it allows you to send an e-mail to them - at the bottom of the webpage. No phone number listed.

You could also post your question on www.rodbuilding.org but be ready for some folks to place the guides via the static placement method.

Thanks Jim, I am just getting started and have not exausted all my options. I have some time before wrapping and am just throwing the Q out there. It becomes a pain in the a** to register to all of these forums.
thanks,

Russell,
Kerry's phone number is at the bottom of his Web Page in small print (360) 835-1420. Give them a call to be sure you get the correct spacing. I would measure mine for you, but it is off visiting someone.

Exactly, if Kerry's not there, ask for Rob Allen. Can't blame you for wanting to get that puppy into action, it's a class act spey rod!
