I stumbled across this great resource when looking for more info on tying a six-pack. KWSU (Washington State U. public television) produces a fly tying show called "The Anglers Art". Episodes are available for free online at http://www.kwsu.org/Offers/OMNFlyTying.aspx 3 flies per show, many available. Just be warned, they take a while to download even on a cable modem.

I used to watch that show all the time after work. It was on every weekday at like 11 pm. Now I haven't seen it. I know for a while they were selling a video compilation of their episodes.

It's still on Saturday morning at 730AM on KSPS in Spokane. It was on more on KWSU, but is not currently running on KWSU. :beer2: It is all the tying instruction I've had, but I can't blame my crappy flies on Leroy.

I learned 100% how to tie flies from watching this show. IT is a great way to learn!!!. Back then, I would record on VCR, and then rewatch them over and over till I got the methods down to my liking.
