Epoxy Coloring

What stuff do you use to color your epoxy coating on a fly? Would a Sharpie work? or would i have to get some nail paint or polish?

My epoxy on the back of my Olive/Green Ultra Damsels is pretty hard and dry now, does any one know how to color it to match the rest of the fly?
