Went down to my local spot here in Bremerton day before yesterday, around 9 am I guess. Nice out going tide, fished for about an hour and a half. I was just getting ready to pack it in (after nada) and finally hooked into my first SRC for this year. Solid 14 inches. Beautiful looking fish, rosy red cheeks (obviously just out of the creek) and dark, very predominate slashes. Got me really excited! Started fishing w/ a chum fry pattern, but switched over to the olive/white clouser and that did the trick...
