(NFR) forum software upgraded

The forum software was just upgraded to help mitigate the onslaught of spam accounts. As a result of this upgrade some other features were added including duplicate post prevention and multi-quote options. If things look different, then you know why. Improvements we're also made to general performance, hopefully there should be a little less lag/load time. As always, let us know if you experience any problems or issues.

Gallery upgraded. Forum and CMS system upgraded. Soon I'll upgrade PHP. Some tweaks on top of that along with the upgrades are expected to improve the overall speed considerably.

Immediate and marked difference at this end. Good work guys.

Migrated the datastore info from the database to memory cache. This has improved the overall speed making the query quicker and removing yet another database call every pageview.

Re-added the feature which sends the pop-up when you have a new PM.
