Little socal action

Hit the santa ana river here in socal, the mouth of it. It isn't even a river anymore, basically been developed into a flood control channel. Caught a few illegal halibut and a sandab. Here are pics of the halibut, if anyone is interested. First time in the salt since i moved back down here in January. Hopefully i get alegal one, or a sizable one, soon.

Is that a trion pflueger reel? I've got 2 trion 5/6, love them! They're as good as my expensive
reels.

Yup, 7/8 trion, I also have the 5/6. Good reels for the price, we'll see how they hold up in the salt.
