New to the SRC action and was wondering if any fellas out there have had any luck in the Pouslbo/Silverdale area. Plan on stopping by the shop in Old Town Poulsbo for the pulse but wanted to through the question out there.

Caught my first SRC off Virginia Pt about 35 yrs ago! I'm sure it's all privately owned there. You could drive out past Hood Canal bridge and try Salisbury Pt. Kitsap memorial state park is on the way, might as well give it a shot too. There are some nice beaches in Lemolo, all private, I think.
Might try a beach in Suquamish too.
Good Luck

"Peninsula Outfitters" (formerly "Fly Fishing Magic") isn't in old town any more - its over by albertsons just off 305. Still a great resource, and they are actually expanding their fly and gear selection. Plenty of fishing spots in the general area - under the agate pass bridge, both state parks on Bainbridge, Kitsap state park, parks on either side of the hood canal bridge, and a little further out is the county park on the south end of indian island. I'm sure there are plenty more. I've caught fish at several of those spots - and missed at others.

head any direction and you should be able to find some fish if you know what to look for. there are cutts right down in the bay below poulsbo. also right out of silverdale i have had some good luck.
You might try down under the bridges in Bremerton. good luck
