It`s an olive woolybugger with a spun and clipped deer hair head like a muddler . It`s a good fly that pushes a lot of water .

Tie them w/ a conehead. The only other thing that I'd add is I palmer grizzly hackle through the body and will add a couple of rubber legs behind the deer hair collar. Pretty easy tie.

I have found the most effective to be black tail with a little krystal flash, olive body with black hackle and a muddler head with a cone head. add lead under the front half of the body for extra weight if desired. Its a trout killer.

I have had great luck tying them with a bright orange deer hair collar spun behind a silver cone on a black wooly bugger body.
