two man pontoon at .....

Who makes the two man pontoon thats at Sportsmans Warehouse for $1400? It looks like a fine boat to me being budget bound and all.
I would appreciate comments about the quality of this boat as it relates to safety of me and mine.

I hate to admit it, but I was at the SW in Burlington last night and the sign there indicated it was an Outcast -- in fact I didn't notice the SW logo on it until on my way out the door. The only thing in their line-up that looks similar is the 13' Fishcat that lists at $1699...
