I am considering fishing the narrows tomarrow for the outgoing, has anyone been doing good there? Im having people tell me all the fish are up north and I should wait or reach a fishing destination further north. Isnt there still residents down there in good sizes? Thanks for the help.

I would personaly go as far noth as possable. The big schools of coho and pinks havent made it down that far yet. I hope this helps.

No fish in the Narrows - let me rephrase - lots of fish - just all carp - you should go North. No fish here.

Phil, you should have come north with us. It was an amazing morning. Check Jon's blog for photos. We ran into a school of native Coho that had afterburners. Four fish to hand, one broken off and one out ran me to the beach and threw the hook. If you could get by the salad, there were willing feeders. A local women hooked up next to me as she was feeding out line getting ready for her first cast. Her reply, you should have been here yesterday. She brought twenty to hand!
Hope to see you on a beach soon. Steve

Steve you could stand next to me in the middle of Death valley and catch fish. That is as long as you are standing next to me. Ya I should of gone but at the time I had to keep my son with me. He is only good for about 3hrs max
