Park Access hours

I am new to fishing the salt and want to try Picnic Point, Mulkiteo and other parks along that part of the sound. I want to get there early but I cannot find out when the parks open. I tried the Snohomish Parks site but they do give hours for Picnic Point. I would like to avoid getting somewhere at 5 am and finding the access road is gated and doesn't open until 8 am and there is no place to park. Any info you can share would be welcome.

PP opens at 7am but get there between 6:30am and 7am it will probably be open. Mulkiteo I think opens way earlier due to the boat launch there.

You have to wait until 7:00 for many places. And most close at dusk, hours are usually posted at gate. Then there are those places that have no time restrictions....good luck !!

PP is a 7:00am opener but the first time I went out there for pinks I was at the gate just as it opened. But as I walked to the beach there was probably 15 guys on the water. Local knowhow I guess.:confused:
