I'm heading up to the Baker Lake area with my son next week to do some camping, fishing, hiking and exploring. Does anyone know if there are fish in the Anderson Lakes or Watson Lakes? Looks like a decent day hike for a 12yr. old.

Decent to good cutthroat fishing in those lakes. Watson are probably easier for a 12 year old to hike into than Anderson. Huckleberries are probably ripening by now, so take a container and pick a few while you're up there. It's great fun to add them to your pancake batter.

Creeks on the way hold promise also.

Anderson is a modest hike with some good (smaller) fish. You'll enjoy it. I haven't been to the others in awhile and the time did, I wasn't fishing.
