After a few months of searching, success! I fished the beach yesterday afternoon with my Dan Craft FT1008 and new Windcutter 6/7/8 with tip 2 removed. I'm not gonna say its a great beach line because its not, but man am I stoked to fish this rig on the river. It casts very well both spey and singlehand overhead (maybe a bit heavy but hey, its a stiff rod!). ptyd
