Slow Leaking Pontoon

I can't find a slow leak on one of my pontoons. Any witchcraft ideas out there??I tried soap to bubble to no avail????

Make sure it is pumped up tight. The valves sometimes do not seat well if the pontoons are not inflated until quite taut.

sink it in the tub. get a couple people to help ya and push it down piece by piece. and what jerry said too.

Carry a pump with you and inflate as needed. Works every time;)

if it is a relatively new 'toon and you cant find the leak, call the manufacturer. they are usually more than glad to help, and it might/probably is under warranty. could be the valve, or the seam or some other manuf. defect

What kind of pontoon do you have?

I have an Outcast PAC800 and discovered a slow leak coming from the inner bladder where the valve was attached. The valve wasn't leaking, but the cheap cement they put on the inner bladder to attach it to the valve came off.

If one were to find a leak on their pontoons what would be, if out of warranty, the best way to repair the leak?

a slow leak is probably sand or grit in a your valve. try sp spraying some wd 40 in the valve.

i used wader sealant on my float tube. it worked well, still have had no problem with it.
