Like so many of those trout, you are no longer a virgin.
I was out there yesterday and the fishing was good.
I went down below the lower hatchery and hooked up some lake run that were not very big (14") or so, great time in the fast water.
Also ran into Ed that took some pictures of a fatty I hooked, that showed off for his new camera.
Come on Ed and show us some shots.

Aw, the fallacies of the point and shoot digital camera. Sorry to say none of the shots I took of your hog came out as the thing wouldn’t stop moving. I will concur that it was a very large fish. Great meeting you Gary see ya on the water. Next time maybe I will figure out how to capture a moving shot on my new camera.

I know what ya mean on the moving target with the camera.
So many of those fish have had enough stress with out me grabbing them up for a pic.
We'll get'em next time.
It was nice to meet you also Ed.
We should try to put together some steel heading now that the local water is open.
Congrats flytyerboy95, I love those fish there on the ford. I am going to be out there over thanksgiving and cant wait to get into a few of them.

Stopped out at the ford on Saturday after blasting roosters and ducks.
I caught one that really put the fight on, ran me down to the backing once. Great fish.
See ya there.
I have to work on Friday the 23rd

I might stop by the Ford on the way back from Spokane Thanksgiving weekend...
It's a fun place to go every so often when you're in need of a quick fix.
Nice fish Wayne, and I totally agree the rocky for is a great place for a quick fix... if only thanksgiving was tomorrow.

I've never seen any browns above the lower hatchery, or I should say between the two hatcheries.
Below the lower hatchery there could be anything that lives in Moses lake.
Years ago I caught a landlocked black mouth, down by the hwy bridge.

Are there landlocked salmon in Moses? I would think it to warm. But then again, trout get by.

With two fish hatcheries at the head waters of RF there could be anything that was raised in the hatchery.
Fry get out and passed the barriers, I don't think salmon were ever planted in Moses lake.
Met ribka at RF yesterday.
The wind was blowing white caps up the creek.
We all went down below the lower hatchery and hooked up with many nice but smaller trout in the fast water.
Who said ya can't fly fish in 30 mph winds.
