I don't think that was a text book landing.

When I was in the CG, the coastal boatmen had a saying. "You have to go out, but you don't have to come back."
I used to take my WW kayak to West Port and Pacific Beach to go surfing. When one of them broke over the bow of my kayak, it was like someone was dumping a 55 gal barrel of water on my chest. Looking at the photos of the two crewmen on the bridge; they must have been slammed hard and had their faces really cleaned when the wave over turned boat, and it righted itself. Want to join the FUN? I"ll happily connect you with a Coast Guard recruiter.
BTW, that WAS pretty much textbook for heavy surf operations. Those boats are designed to survive a full 360 roll and keep on going. How long can you hold your breath?

I was noticing that and wondering if they were strapped to their stations?

Actually, if I was 30 years younger I could go for it..... looks way better than jumping out of planes. :)

Yes, they are strapped in tight. The boats right themselves in just a few seconds. But I would be grabbing a big mouth full of air when the bow of the boat started pointing to the sky. It almost looks like the boat did a tail stand pitchpole over on to it's top. That would give the boatmen a pretty good pounding, but they do wear full head gear.
