After reading up on the advice a lot of you gave about fishing lakes in the winter i decided to take the day off and head to Cady Lake. However, when i turned on the Belfair Tahuya rd heading to Cady i was met w/ a road closed sign after a few miles. I'm not sure if there is another way to get to Cady. I should have headed to Pass lake :beathead:

Which road did you find closed?

Well, I'll answer myself on this... You can find info on the Mason County web iste: www.co.mason.wa.us/public_works/road_closures.php. They also have a county map on the site.

Maps ARE wonderful things but don't do you any good if you don't know waht is / ain't open....

Sorry about that i guess i wasn't clear ....the Belfair Tahuya Rd was the road that had the sign but after looking at the Mason County link it appears Dewatto Rd is what was actually closed. I had followed the directions from the Bed & breakfasts website.
