Similar to a squamish Poacher/Lester the lobster.
I usually tie them on #7 AJ hooks and down to #10 Mustad streamer hooks. Deadly on the Salters and fresh run Atlantic Salmon here on Canada's East Coast

General Practitioners tied in the original classic style; Ally's Shrimps; and a few Irish Shrimp style flies. A very good friend from Northern California likes Squamish Poachers I tie for him with Estaz body and Edge Brite for the carapace.

When thought shrimp, they're the all in the same family...

I don't think scuds are in the same family as shrimp. Scuds are related to sand fleas so that makes them an insect. Shrimp are not insects.
