Anybody fishing pass?

I am thinking of heading to pass tomoro (saturday jan 25) is anyone else planning on being up that way? Is the lake fishable in the shallows? or is it frozen?

I hit it for a few hours on Sun. Had one bump. Most of the lake is iced over. There is an open spot that can be reached with a toon or tube - a poachers spot.
