How about the combination of fast water booze and vibram soles.
fairly obvious answer here...the enemy is...
the poachers and those who abuse and threaten the resources that we all value.
(or maybe a freezing cold- rainy day when trying to retie a sz 22 whitefish fly)
How about the combination of fast water booze and vibram soles.
I usually don't forget a face. But I'll make an exception in your case.
Laziness.
Too lazy to change your tippet.
Too lazy to tie and test your knots.
Too lazy to walk a mile to get to some water.
Too lazy to change your leader and tippet when it needs it.
Too lazy to use stealth.
Too lazy to park and walk instead of fishing near where you parked.
Too lazy to stay away from certain river edges instead of spooking fish.
Too lazy to sharpen your hooks.
Too lazy to find your own spots.
Too lazy to tie some extra flies.
Too lazy to wade carefully.
Too lazy to........

Bugs. Ever drive into a swarm of bugs(mosquito's) at the place you park. And can't get them out of your rig?????????????????????
I'm just an Old Man, What in the hell do I know.
Sasquatch. That spooky, hairy, huge bastard is everwhere where the fishing is good, always trying to scare you off.
Many men go fishing all of their lives without knowing that it is not fish they are after. - Henry David Thoreau
Knickers in a twist? Simply rotate your panties counterclockwise to loosen. Breathe deeply. Relax. Go fish.
Time.
Cracked buckles on your float tube fins that you didn't notice until you're 100 meters from shore on a day with no wind.

No Toilet Paper.
Parkinsons disease and all of the above. I think the disease makes me lazy, it's so much of a struggle to get things done that you skip the fly changing and replacing tippet etc. I guess bad eyes adds to that too. I think actually time and wind and lazyness are the worst culprits to most. Sorry got to stop it's time for another nap!!!
If I fished only to capture fish, my fishing trips would have ended long ago. Zane Grey A fisherman's saying, 'Throw the little ones back' I would add 'the big ones too!!' One of the best sayings by one of the greatest fishermen, "A good game fish is too valuable to be caught only once" Lee Wulff
