information requested
Fellow historians, I am looking for information sources other then Frodin regarding Michael Rogan (date of birth, death and when he invented the parsons) and Pat McKay, (date of birth, death when he invented parsons, golden butterfly and what ever other patterns he invented.
My two sources, Frodin and Malone seem to have them confused, or I am misreading them...
Also, again other then Frodin, who says that the early topping winged parsons had the wings inverted? I do not have original McKay or Rogan, or for that matter Newland who I understand lists several Rogan patterns.
Thanks for any help. You can email me personally, andrewm25@earthlink.net in case the answers are lengthy.
Best wishes
Andrew
