This swap is now closed, let me know if you want on a waiting list.
A little later this year, but it will still work out.
Please read carefully if you plan to sign up! I'm looking for 12 people total. You will tie either 22 of the same pattern, or 11 of one pattern and then 11 of another pattern. Either way, you are tying 22 flies!
These need to be patterns specially designed for stillwaters in the Winter.
Due date sometime at the end of January or right at the start of February.
I'm excited for another great swap! As the original post says, you will need to tie a total of 22 flies, did I say 22 flies, I think you should tie 22 flies, in case you didn't read that correctly, I said twenty two flies, that's right 22 flies, that's 22 flies total guys. If you don't send in 22 flies I'm going to keep all your flies!
Now you have two options, you can send in 11 of one pattern plus 11 of a different pattern, or you can send in 22 of the same pattern. Once again, please make these patterns specific to lakes in the winter. Meaning, please no Adult Damsels or something like that (not that those are bad patterns or anything, just saying).
Now when you are finished with your tying and you are ready to send them to me, I need you to make sure that you include a self addressed pre stamped envelope, this means, please do not send me money and expect me to stamp your envelope for you. It also means that you send me two envelops, one that is self addressed and stamped that is inside the one you send to me with your flies. I know, I know this all sounds fairly basic, but it doesn't seem to matter how clear I make it there are always a few folks that just don't seem to understand. Most of you in this swap I know and trust, but I don't know all of you. Now if you don't manage to follow all the instructions, I will simply choose some of my favorite patterns from the swap to keep for myself from your pile
All flies are due on or before Wednesday January 28th, all flies will be send out the morning of the 30th.
Please read your PMs for address and these exact same instructions.
