So is that last slot left? If so, I'll take it.

    Ron:

Flies are done. I just need to create tags and ship them out. Should be out the next day or two. Flies are a simple bead head pattern. Easy to tie but effective.

    Anyfish,

Most of my flies are tied on the KISS principle. Keep It Simple Stupid. When I try to get fancy I get a lot of refusals or nothing at all. Simple, but effective is good.

Cool Randy, Looking forward to seeing some more of your flies. They are always a treat. If anyone needs my snail mail address it's in the first post about this swap. Hot dang, two sets headed my way.

Wow, not even halfway through the month and the first set of flies arrived in my mailbox yesterday. A nice set of buggy looking nymphs from HateNot2Fish. Nicely tied flies. Next month though, one toe tag per fly please.

13 October, Randy Diefert's flies arrived safe and sound.

Just to let you know Ron, I'll be out next week on business. I'll be finishing up on this month's dozen, plus next month's during those lonely nights in my hotel room. I'll mail them when I get back on the 21st.

Mine are done. I'll get them out this weekend. I just need to get the toe tag done and get to the post office between work, soccer games, etc...

Another fine set of flies arrived in the mailbox this afternoon. The credit for these goes to Anyfish. Nice job, Bud.

Sent in my flies today. Time to start working on next months' flies.

Is there any specific definition of a wet fly - Just something you would fish on a wet fly swing???

Glad to hear that they arrived. Simple but effective. Now for the wet flies........What fly to pick? A couple ideas, time will tell.

    Wayne,

Anything that is fished subsurface is usually my definition, soft hackles or classic winged wets. Try to stay away from streamers though, as they are comming up later.

Also, Wayne, your flies showed up in the afternoon mail. Nicely done.

    Howdy Folks,

If your flies aren't on their way to the local Post Office it's time to start thinking about that. The 31st is a week away. Looking forward to the rest of the nymph selection.

Always look forward to getting your flies in the mail. Always well done. Looking forward to seeing John's multiple selections too.

    Thanks for the heads up.
