I haven't had the time to spend with the camera that I need. What little shooting I have been able to do with the 800 have shown me that I need to improve my technique. With the high resolution it is a demanding piece of equipment that will show any technical deficiencies one might have. If your shutter speed is to slow or any other settings are off it will show up in the photos. If you use good technique and have everything setup correctly the camera takes utterly outstanding pictures. It is definitely not a camera for the casual shooter.
I have a neighbor like Zeke but, instead of cameras he develops and races solar cars. This guy has forgotten more about everything than everything I have leared in 50 years. It's amazing people like him and how they think. I can spend hours over his house, just talking as long as he dummies himself a bit.
