Is anyone out there fishing the new 8129 z-axis stick? i've heard great things and was wondering what size reel you have been using to balance it, and also what line you have been throwing on it. i know about the line guides out there from rio and airflo, i was just curious what guys are actually throwing on it.

    Thanks,

    Joe

I have been fishing it for two months. It is awesome for the rivers here on the op. I have a lamson litespeed #4 and have been using a Sa 9 wt skagit head and 13 ft of t-14.

Very light. It took a while to get used to casting it.
