A Few European Creations

    Recently I've gone on a euro kick. I've even ditched nymphing with indicators. So here are a few creations I've come up with. Hope you like em....

    very nice Thomas. i really like that second one, might try to tie some like that with purple instead of pink.

    I also like the czech nymphs. You can experiment a lot with the colors. For the ribbing I used 2lb mono and on the head a black marker. I then smear the marker rearward giving it a shaded effect. Then a few coats of Sally hansens hard as nails to finish it off. You can wrap the shank with lead if you arent going to use a bead.

    My favorite is the soft hackle. The Europeans tend to use more material and better color contrasts. Dark hen under and lighter partridge on the top.
