Damn pram loving pontoon downing elitists. Here here to pontoonalooza!
I'm still working on my "pram restoration project". (Fixing up a cheap pram I got on Craigslist.) Here's my progress so far though:
My favorite Lake in the Area is Yokum. Of course its on the other side of the River from the other Lakes.
Pontoonalooza, Pramorama, Watermaster Bonanza!!! How will it end? ptyd
Can I bring my raft? Raftafarians unite!
Nice job :thumb: I like the 'water' camo paint job.
Now we 'tubers are feeling left-out. Reckon we'll have to organize a Kicking Man Festival . . .
iagree Awesome restoration project TMIB!
Pram-Alama-Ding-Dong... Should be fun!
Thanks! First time messing with fiberglass, but it wasn't too difficult. I got the wood trim put back on now, and just need to put some mats in on the floor and I should be set to go.
Wife and I spent a late Sept. week camping at Lost Lake a couple of years ago. It is a beautiful, quite, campground and lightly used. Fishing during the day was very tough, but dusk into dark was another story. Fished other lakes in the area during the days; Sidley, Bonaparte, and the Beth/Beaver chain. Sidley was productive with a seal bugger slow on the bottom, Bonaparte fished like it was barren, Beth and Beaver were fun- eager 10"ers in the shallows and some very nice carryovers deep, again slow and very deep with seal buggers. As for Lost the picture shows what comes out to play at dusk. The brookie didn't seem to let the talon punctures bother it and may explain why day time fishing was so slow.
Here are some pictures of my pram, took me long enough. (My son had to do it for me) We couldn't get the pictures to just post. Last weekend was the 100th fishing trip for my pram. I built it three summers ago, it's called "TOY BOAT." Hope to make the pram-a-thon this year.----Steve
Great job with the restore Tracy!
My grandfather, who used to live just north of American and who was the one that got me into fishing (American, Steilacoom just to name a couple) gave me his pram before his passing years ago.
So i'm going to be in the same boat (no pun intended) as you were in the near future. I might be shooting a few emails your way and ask some questions.
