Hey troops; just found a magazine called "Cooking Wild". Some incredible recipes for those of us who hunt, fish, and cook the spoils of same. It's put out only four times a year, but the current issue, with elk Wellington and venison Oscar caught my eye so much it was worth a subscription!! They also have a pairing wine page in the back, pairing the venison with a Ramspar Montage `08 from Napa Valley. I took a serious look at that recipe, and it doesn't look all that difficult, either. Maybe we should plan a hunt next season! Alex
