    It's purpose is to limit trucking through the canyon to non-hazmat cargo only. I think it's a great idea. Today's tragic incident is a wake up call that any river could be spoiled very easily. The Yakima River dodged a bullet today.

    I'm sorry to hear about the driver. Makes me think of the train spill on the Upper Sacramento.

    To bad about the driver, that road can be dangerous at times, especially with the type of weather they have been getting over on the east side. I just heard on the news that the truck spilt fuel into the river and it can not be cleaned up due to the ice over the river, hopefully it does not have an impact on the fishery.
