who the heck would want to work for him next?!!
    stupid is as stupid does
should have never let gruden walk!
the players will all just have to wait until he croaks
or has a stroke or heart attack (not wishing that on him)
i think he needs to sell the team, but for some reason
i think that'll only happen over his dead body.

i miss the good old days, seahawks vs raiders!
and even the bronco games. sometimes the nfc just doesn't cut it for me.
the day bo jackson ran over bosworth was a classic.
they used to be such bad asses, now just losers.

Da Raiders. I bleed Sliver and Black, proud member of the Raider Nation.

My thoughts...The only hope as JD wrote above Al Davis is near his time. That is only way this team will turn around. He has ruined the team.

Spent way too much $$ on a bunch of slappy joes like Javon Walker. Walker wanted to resign before the season started and Davis refused to accepted it. What a douche

I lived for the Seahawks vs Raiders games back in the AFC West days. Not so much the Hawks vs Mr. Ed though. Favorite highlight back in the day was Largent's hit on M. Harden! SWEET!

The only difference between Al Davis & the crazy guy on the corner holding a sign is Al's bank accounts.

    Crappy team

Raider fans should forgo those bizarre Halloween costumes they wear to games and start wearing pink jumpsuits to better match the character of their team. AD's tank is empty and the once proud Raiders will be the Faiders until that crazy bastard is gone. Somehow he has painted George Steinbrenner in a new light making him seem lucid and almost gentlemanly by comparison. Ive

Al Davis looks like death warmed over. So I can't imagine he's got too much time left.

I'd work for him. I have had crazier bosses than him and they were paying me a lot less than 2 million a year :) :)

    This guy is nothing new.
I think the polite term to describe him over the last 45yrs is 'maverick'
I would call him a career criminal and sociopath.
Nobody has jacked the system in the NFL better than Al Davis.
Raider Nation is getting what they deserve for supporting that type of person and team.
Post penalties in the NFL year after year?
Most lawsuits resulting in legalized theft?
Most misleading team relocations for personal gain?
I can't wait to see him gone and the team sold to Mike Brown.
The whole RAider cast....Stabler, Al Locasale, the list goes on.
Add Rob Ryan to the list...any spawn of Buddy Ryan comes with questionable genetics.

My blood runs orange, in fact I am an OO bloodtype(double orange). I would hate to work for Al Davis as a coach but even worse, I would hate to have to declare myself a Raider's fan.:beer2:

A guy on KJR this morning was comparing Al Davis to "Weekend At Bernies", like they just wheeled the guy up to his luxury box for game day.

Dinosaur awaiting his ice age. The once feared Raider Nation is a shell of its past, much like its owner is a shell of a healthy human. May he go peacefully, but until that happens nothing good can come of the Raiders.

For the record, I do not like the Raiders, but I do hate to see storied franchises run into the dust.
