    Ok, enough is enough...

Justin, I order an Alpha 9/10 and a spare spool and you tell me I'll have by this weekend... then I get a dam message from paypal that you have sent it out.
And to top it all off the fricken package shows up Friday afternoon in time for my weekend outing! :thumb::thumb::thumb:

What am I to think when a guy that just got married, answered emails the day after as to not piss anyone off, tells me the day before his wedding I'll get my stuff by the next weekend...and the package shows up in flipp'n time.

Well, I'll tell ya what I think.... he's a stand up guy that gets shit done...and if something is to come up with an order he goes above and beyond to make it right.

Hats off to you my friend! Now I got to get busy lineing a couple new reels!

    Thanks Justin:beer2:

    Justin,
New reel got steel'd today! Drag worked great. 4th cast and smack.. 6 leaps out of the water, 2 screaming runs then lights out!

Yeah Denny, was all in fun. Mumbles even asked for it. Was the Commander of the site Chris who did it (and he's got final say on everything). But was literally just fun and Ed took it all in stride. :)

I got to try out the new rod and reel this past weekend, very nice. Unfortunately only got one small bluegill (user error), but I'm still learning. Fish on the Hillsborough river seemed pretty spooky, but I mostly need to improve my casting technique. Thanks for the stuff. Very high quality fly rod and the reel looks fantastic.

Time to make some Line. Right now, I'm sticking with Green, Yellow, and my 2 color line. But, I want to make another color in the WFF. Any suggestions? What color do most of you use?

    Thanks

Justin, I like the white ones. I had seen a few gents with white lines before and did not like the color then. Having used them in your series from 3wt up to 6wt I find them high floating and very easy to see. Just my two cents.

Justin, what's the status on your saltwater reel? I'd like to get one in the 5-7 wt range once it comes out.

    Thanks,
    Kenneth

Hi everyone, new member here..... I just to add my 0.02 regarding Justin's customer service. I have a 5/7 XL, 9/10 Alpha and 12/14 Alpha reels and they are well built and of very good quality. I purchased two more Alpha's for my Dad last spring (to mate with his 10wt 13ft Albright Spey Rod). Justin had a delay in sourcing the parts, however, he kept me in the loop the whole time and the customer service was amazing. I'm happy to say that my Dad loves his reels and may be back for more. I would have no problem recommending Justin.

I just ordered the 8wt Switch rod for my upcoming trip to the Salmon River in NY and can not wait to pair it with the 9/10 and go after some big Steelies. I see that Mark has the same setup and can not wait to get mine and go fishing.

    Stephen
